Flexibility Easy Stretch Yoga Flow to help improve your mobility and flexibility. This flow focuses on gentle stretches to open up the body and relax the muscles.

Easy Stretch Yoga Flow (10-15 min)

1. Child’s Pose (Balasana) – 1 min

  • Sit on your heels and extend your arms forward.
  • Relax your forehead on the mat and breathe deeply.

2. Cat-Cow Stretch – 1 min

  • On all fours, inhale as you arch your back (Cow).
  • Exhale as you round your spine (Cat).
  • Repeat for a slow and controlled motion.

3. Downward Dog – 1 min

  • Lift hips high, keeping arms and legs extended.
  • Press heels toward the floor for a hamstring stretch.

4. Seated Forward Fold – 1 min

  • Sit with legs extended and fold forward.
  • Keep your spine long and reach for your feet or ankles.

5. Butterfly Stretch – 1 min

  • Bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees drop.
  • Gently press down for a hip stretch.

6. Pigeon Pose (Each Side – 1 min)

  • Bring one leg forward, extending the other behind.
  • Sink into the stretch to open your hips.

7. Supine Spinal Twist (Each Side – 1 min)

  • Lie on your back and bring one knee across your body.
  • Extend your arms out and relax into the stretch.

8. Savasana (Final Relaxation) – 2 min

  • Lie flat on your back, arms at your sides.
  • Breathe deeply and let your body relax.
