Corrections are the mail we most want. If a specification here disagrees with the product listing, if a set has changed its hold count, or if there is a kit you cannot find on any shelf, tell us and we will fix the page.
Build questions are welcome too — panel thickness, hold spacing for a particular age, whether a strap kit suits the tree you have. Expect a few days rather than a few hours; the desk is small.
Orders and parcels
Orders placed through our product listing are packed and carried by the store that fulfils them, and tracking lives in that order. Missing hardware and short counts are fastest to solve there, and they will send the part.
If the page here described the set wrongly and that is what went wrong, write to us as well. That one is ours to correct.
