Orders go through our product listing, and the store that fulfils it packs and carries the parcel. Tracking appears in that order rather than here.
The pattern is worth knowing before you plan: wall and trunk sets are light and move quickly, while privacy screen rolls, hedge panels and headlights are bulkier and take their time.
Timing in practice
Most sets arrive within the week when they are in stock. A color that has sold through can sit two weeks or more before it comes back, and the listing is the only honest source for which state a set is in today.
Please check stock before you book a build weekend. A climbing wall with twenty eight of thirty two holds makes for a frustrating Saturday.
Opening the box
Count the bolts, washers and weld nuts the day the parcel lands, not the morning you intend to drill. A short count is a parts replacement and the store sends it; discovering it with a drill in your hand costs a weekend.
Strap kits are quicker to check — straps, ratchets, grips, and nothing else should be in there.
